"I met with Jenny in June 2024 for a session of QHHT and I really didn't know what to expect. Jenny contacted me prior to our session and gave me her guidance and thoughtful advice to help prepare me.

Before we commenced, Jenny and I had what I would call a lovely deep conversation about me, my life etc. This greatly helped me to totally relax. I felt totally comfortable with Jenny who has such a calming and empathetic person.

With regard to the session itself, it is maybe not exactly what I expected. For me, I experienced what I would describe as a point in time when I was a very young child. It was like opening a door and there I was, feeling like that little girl again. It was very beautiful, calming and perhaps at the same time a little surreal. Jenny's guidance through the session really made the experience all the more precious. 

At no point during the actual session did I feel worried or anxious as I felt I was in very safe hands.

"Anyway, you asked me to think about things in my life that I needed help with before the session. You asked me to think and focus on things that were causing barriers in my life. So I did just before the session.

My three barriers or worries, whatever you want to call it were:

1.I need to stop getting sick before work every morning GONE don’t get sick any more

2.I need to stop worrying when I’m driving 

GONE I don’t worry as much , but still very cautious

Fast forward to now.  You know the way in life, you're ambling along. Everything's ok, sometimes it's great. Sometimes not but you just get on with it and deal with whatever as best you can. That was me. But in truth, behind the smiley face, at times I was hurting deep, hiding in my core insecurity and sadness. Accolades, warm friendships, loving family presented, however on reflection, a low sense of self worth and self appreciation prevailed.  There was denial too regarding my role in the sabotage.

Patterns of behaviour, so familiar and natural, which simply weren't serving me were on repeat and I was stuck in a loop of procrastination, over thinking and indecision.

The learning about myself journey continues today. There is understanding of what, when, how and why. The reset letting go button is familiar. Being less critical of self, more open to abundance is part of the process.

I didn't realise I needed a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session with Jenny. Being able to listen back to the session is like a therapy session on tap. As Socrates reminds us 'To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom."

Nobody gets away scot-free. We all have a something that needs addressing from time to time. My session gave me much needed heart, head space and problemo solving guidance.  Vital in this fast moving, stressful world. And the thing is, we are amazing beings with untapped resources, a keen intuition and untold powers. But release of the blocks (of self protection) are required.
